Welcome to GENIUSOLVER! By using the GENIUSOLVER Chrome Extension and account website ("GENIUSOLVER", "our", "we", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). GeniuSolver is a Chrome extension only — we do not offer a mobile app. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GENIUSOLVER, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Use of Service

  • Educational Purpose: GENIUSOLVER is designed as a study tool to aid in learning and knowledge retention. It is not intended for cheating or any form of academic dishonesty. Users must adhere to the academic policies of their respective institutions.
  • Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the service by engaging in activities that include, but are not limited to:
    • Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers connected to the service.
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

3. Subscription, Tokens, and Payments

  • Plans and Tokens: Access to GeniuSolver features may require a subscription or available token balance. Token usage is tracked per account and may reset according to your billing cycle.
  • Fees: By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed at checkout.
  • Refunds: All subscription and token charges are governed by our Refund Policy. Charges are generally non-refundable, including when you are dissatisfied with AI-generated responses, receive incorrect answers, or submit questions that are too complex for the AI to handle reliably.
  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees at any time. Any changes will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

4. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Providers

GeniuSolver uses third-party artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI and Anthropic (and their latest available models), to process your submissions and generate study guidance and explanations.

  • No Accuracy Guarantee: We do not warrant that any AI-generated response is correct, complete, current, or suitable for your purpose.
  • Your Responsibility: You must independently verify AI output before relying on it. GeniuSolver is not responsible for incorrect answers, academic outcomes, or any harm arising from AI-generated content.
  • Third-Party Dependency: We do not control third-party model behavior, availability, or updates. Interruptions or changes by these providers do not create liability for GeniuSolver beyond what is stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your actions while using GENIUSOLVER. Any consequences, including academic penalties or legal ramifications, resulting from the misuse of GENIUSOLVER are your sole responsibility.
  • No Warranty: GENIUSOLVER is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GENIUSOLVER and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, features, and functionality available through GENIUSOLVER are the exclusive property of GENIUSOLVER and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without our express written consent.
